2023 Annual Conference Committee |
The Conference Committee will work with staff and organize GardenComm volunteers to coordinate all non-educational preparations to convene an annual event that promotes the garden communicators profession and enriches networking experiences for attendees. The annual conference serves as the premier venue to promote garden communicator awareness, increase individual knowledge, and enhance professional skills. Association Outreach Committee |
The Association Outreach Committee is responsible for expanding GardenComm’s awareness of other green industry associations nationally and internationally and to have those same organizations become more aware of GardenComm, its members and their services. This committee determines opportunities for improved skills, employment, and/or connection for GardenComm members and to advance GardenComm corporate initiatives beyond internal communication. Additionally, this committee organizes members and/or staff to attend any of the major green industry events to investigate future potential for allied industry connections, including potential exhibitors, sponsors and allied members. Grant Writing Committee |
