Who Should Exhibit
The purpose of the exhibit is to provide a forum to exchange
information between lawn & garden product manufacturers
and North America’s premier garden communicators. The
exhibition will take place September 18-19, 2015, at the Pasadena
Convention Center. The exhibition is held in conjunction
with the 67th GWA Annual Symposium to be held September
18-21, 2015. Exhibitors are welcomed to participate in the
entire symposium. The special focus of the exhibition will be
individual product and technology information displays for
consumer lawn & garden products and services.
Who Will Be Exhibiting
The exhibition is open to qualified suppliers or manufacturers
of consumer lawn & garden products or services:
- indoor gardening and lighting
- irrigation systems
- education/information resources
- plant foods &
- power tools
- plant seeds & green goods
- agrochemical manufacturers
- and any other product
or process designed for consumer gardening use.
Who are GWA's 1,600+ members?
The GWA is comprised of garden communications professionals
including book authors, staff editors, newspaper columnists,
magazine writers, syndicated columnists, freelance
writers, photographers, landscape designers, bloggers, TV and
radio personalities, consultants, catalog publishers, Internet
hosts and extension service agents.
Receive Maximum Exposure
In addition to the exposure received during the official exhibit hours, each exhibit space includes a full meeting registration.
By participating in the daily activities and tours, exhibitors
can build personal relationships with key garden writers and
editors. When it comes to networking and building valuable
personal contacts, no other meeting offers garden product
manufacturers and service providers a greater opportunity.
The layout of exhibit space is shown on the enclosed official
floor plan. Booth sizes are 10' (D) x 10' (W), and the location
of each booth is believed to be accurate, but is only warranted
to be approximate. No exhibit display should exceed 8' in
height. No exhibitor shall assign, sublet, or share the whole
or any part of the booth space allotted unless prior approval
is granted by the exhibit manager.
Booth Furnishings & Arrangements
Color background, side rails, flameproof drapes and a one-line
sign are included in the basic booth space fee. All booth backgrounds
are eight feet in height with 36-inch-high side rails.
Exhibitors may occupy the entire cubic content of their booth(s).
All furnishings, except background and side rails, will
be provided by the Exhibitor at his or her own expense and
responsibility. An Exhibitor’s Service Kit will be available
online through Keystone Event Services (KES). Booth area
is NOT carpeted. Back drapes will be gold and white.
Exhibits whose design, operations, content or otherwise
are objectionable in the judgment of exhibit management will
be prohibited. Crossing aisles with any type of banner, header,
etc., is prohibited.
