Speaker Compensation Policy:
Volunteering as a GWA speaker is an excellent opportunity to showcase your talents and share your experiences with an audience of your peers. We seek speakers who prepare and present programs without personal or product promotion or campaigning. As a token of thanks, GWA symposium presenters will receive an honorarium of $250 for solo presentations, $125 per 2 person panel participant and $75 per 3 or more person panel participant. Handouts are a valuable reference for most presentations, and session handouts will be posted “online only” in order to support the GWA sustainability policy. All presentations will be audio recorded and will be made available to GWA members. All online applications must be received no later than Dec. 28, 2012

• All presentations will be recorded for future CD and online sales.
• By submitting this proposal, I am agreeing to the guidelines listed above and also to make my presentation at any time during the conference should schedule adjustment need to be made.
• I agree to submit any required materials (contract, handouts, bio, photo) by the required date.

The Symposium Program Committee will review all submissions and formulate a program outline for GWA Board approval in January 2013. All individuals submitting proposals will be contacted by the committee. All proposals must be submitted by the party who will be speaking. If you know of a speaker that would be appropriate for the GWA symposium, please direct him/her to the GWA website to complete the proposal for presentation
