Speaker:
Scott LaFleur, Director of Horticulture, New England Wildflower Society. He will discuss the ease and benefits of rain gardens and provide native plant lists. As the director of horticulture at the New England Wild Flower Society’s Garden in the Woods, Scott LaFleur oversees one of America’s great botanical gardens. He curates and manages an extensive public collection of 1,500 native plant speciesincluding 200 rare and endangered speciespresented in their natural habitats throughout the living museum’s 45 acres in Framingham, Massachusetts. Through fieldwork, professional and public collaboration, and education, the New England Wild Flower Society, the oldest plant conservation organization in the United States, works to save temperate North America flora.

Speaker:
JP Faiella, Image Unlimited Communications. JP has received rave reviews for his talks that offer practical advice and information on how to make new media work for you. He will offer low- and no-budget ways to increase your visibility online and promote your work and help understand all that the new media world has to offer. JP has a Masters degree in Integrated Marketing from Emerson College and is founder/owner of Image Unlimited Communications located outside of Boston, MA. There will be a handout and plenty of time for Q&A.
